Primary or secondary adrenocortical insufficiency, Acute adrenocortical insufficiency, Rheumatic Disorders Collagen Diseases, Dermatologic Diseases, Allergic States, Ophthalmic Diseases, Gastrointestinal Diseases, etc

Side-Effects :
Fluid and Electrolyte Disturbances, Musculoskeletal- Steroid myopathy, Gastrointestinal-Peptic ulcer Dermatologic- Impaired wound healing, Neurological-Convulsions , Endocrine-Development of Cushingoid state.

Precautions :
CHF, HT, DM, epilepsy, elderly, gradual withdrawal, pregnancy, lactation

Contra-indications :
Contraindicated in premature infants, systemic fungal infections, hypersensitivity

Indications :
Relief of mild to moderate pain; treatment of fever.

Side-Effects :
Hemolytic anemia; neutropenia; leukopenia; pancytopenia; thrombocytopenia, Jaundice. Hypoglycemia; allergic skin eruptions or fever

Precautions :
Renal or hepatic impairment, alcohol dependent person, G6PD deficiency

Drug induced fever can occur. Neurotoxicity, Cardiotoxicity, skin rash and pruritus.

Precautions :
Should be used for the treatment of severe falciparum malaria only where there is evidence that the antimalarial efficacy of quinine is declining. Should always be used immediately after reconstitution

Contra-Indications :
Untreated systemic infections, neonates, hypersensitivity

Indications :
Patients requiring prolonged parenteral neuroleptic therapy (e.g., chronic schizophrenics).

Side-Effects :
Extrapyramidal symptoms, Dystonia, Tardive Dyskinesia, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, Drowsiness or lethargy Hypertension and fluctuations in blood pressure, Weight change, metabolic and endocrine effects, allergic, hematological reactions

Precautions :
Convulsive disorders, hepatic, renal, CVS, cerebrovascular diseases, elderly, debilated, may elevate prolactin levels, depression, closed angle glaucoma, avoid direct sun exposure, routine eye check up

Hypersensitivity, severe depression, comatose, pregnancy 3rd trimester, bone marow depresssion.

Indications :
RTI, Peritonitis and intra-abdominal infections, bacterial septicemia, SSTI, PID, endometritis and other infections of female genital tract, UTI

Side-Effects :
Hypersensitivity, Hematology-reversible neutropenia, Transient eosinophilia, Gastro-intestinal- Diarrhea, Symptoms of pseudomembranous colitis can appear. Local Reactions- transient pain, phlebitis.

Precautions :
penicillin allergy, renal or hepatic impairment, pregnancy and lactation, cystic fiibrosis
